Gloria prefers to use fruits, picked at the peak of ripeness. Production
of each item is done in very small batches, which allows the intense flavors of the fruit
to remain. The result has been the incredible success, both nationally and
internationally, of her specialty foods which have set new boundaries for our taste buds
to enjoy.
